Defining Corporate Training Needs

In addition to the training provided by IAF Education, as a complement and when organizations require it, we carry out a previous consultancy where we analyze its training needs, and the existing level of knowledge regarding the individuals to be trained.

This analysis is essential in order to calibrate the adequate level of the courses, degree of difficulty, to facilitate its comprehension among the different professional groups of the organization, and to define the highest priority fields.
